As project manager I lead improvement and implementation programmes — for example process optimisation or the selection and implementation of industry-specific IT systems such as TMS and WMS. Choosing and rolling out a logistics IT system requires more than technical knowledge. I support organisations with the selection and implementation of industry-specific systems — TMS and WMS solutions — with daily practice as the starting point.

A well-laid-out warehouse is the foundation for an efficient and manageable logistics operation. I support organisations with layout, re-layout and optimisation of warehouses, with attention to processes, resources and people.
Based on observations on the floor and the data available, I map current ways of working, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. From there I help make choices around layout, processes, capacity utilisation and working methods — always tuned to the type of operation and the growth ambitions of your organisation.
Where useful, this connects to WMS selection and implementation programmes, so layout and systems reinforce each other. The aim: a warehouse that is workable, scalable and a fit with daily practice.

Where necessary, I help improve your data and work with recurring reports or fixed dashboards, for example through a subscription model. This ensures that insights remain up to date and predictable, without requiring additional effort from the organization.
